  • I just finished my shake! I like the Muscle Milk 100 calorie in Chocolate. 100 calories/2.5 fat/ 5 carbs/ 15 protein/ 0 sugar for 8.25oz. They also come in larger sizes, but this is one of my 'snacks' so i keep it small. Good luck...let us know what you find, maybe I'm drinking the wrong one!

  • I am brand new to this--- but up for the challenge! Wedding is in 4 months....dress comes in August 20th. It's crunch time!
