You don't need them...but the shakeology shakes are great as a meal replacement, super healthy, and tasty! I've heard good things about the P90X recovery formula, but I just use Gatorade Recovery.

you have to add it under cardio. BEWARE! It will overestimate your calories. A HRM is the best way to show how many cals you've burned

This maybe a bit hard since you're in Korea, but getting fit from a shoe store is awesome, since they can recommend the perfect shoe for you. The HAWC at my base does it, so perhaps Osan or Humphreys does?

Hillshire farm has a low sodium option. It is also my understand that the fresh meat cut from the deli has lower sodium that the prepackage stuff.
