After this morning's weigh in I have no high hopes for my Sunday weigh in. It hasn't been a good week. I need to get back on track. Today was particularly bad so I didn't eat a very good dinner and I didn't do my exercise. Need to wake up with more purpose tomorrow.

I didn't do my workout today. It will have to be my rest day and I'll need to make it up tomorrow. But at least it wasn't really because I chose not to do it but I had stuff going on with the kids and just couldn't get to it.

I just noticed that my lower abs are hurting. I really feel the burn today and I don't know when was the last time I felt like I worked my lower abs. It's awesome but it hurts when I cough, ha ha. That's progress.

I finished W1D2 and it was slightly better. Still had a few stops and I burned less calories. I hope the training is going to do me good cuz I'm not burning calories like I had hoped. I do feel it working so maybe that's something.

Did you use a HRM and if so what was your typical calorie burn? I just started and mine was significantly lower than expected but if you still got results with a lower calorie burn than advertised with some other programs I've seen then that makes me feel better about it.

Thanks for the responses. I guess I'm going to just have to see what my calorie burn is for the rest of the week and make sure it's not my HRM. I've been using the calculator for my other workouts so I'm guessing they were probably off which makes a big difference when you're counting calories. I use an Oregon HRM. I…

I'm back on track after having a hurt foot for the past 2 days. I've already lost .6lbs already. I started my ticker for this challenge at 172 which I think is higher than my first weigh in. But since I went up quite a bit I thought it better to start there. So feel free to change it if you have something different.

I'll be running late on this challenge because I've hurt my foot. Not sure how but I can barely walk on it and I'm in a lot of pain. Hopefully some time off of it will heal it. I'll post when I'm well again.
