I order beef and broccoli with steamed rice and I try most times to save some for a small lunch. Eating about 1cup of rice with 1 cup of beef and broccoli isn't too bad. I have 2 chinese places I go and one of them has a thinner sauce which helps too.

No loss this week. But I went up 2 lbs. during the week and have now gone back down so that's good. But no new loss. I think mine could be from some muscle gain or muscle water retention too. W2D2 complete. I didn't burn as many calories today but I had less energy so it was harder to get through. But I do feel it working all my muscles. I'm sore. I may go back to week 1 tomorrow for a break and possibly a jolt. I think mixing it up every few days is good for me. Then on Monday I can go back to week 2.

I found that the crow pushups were pretty easy but still worked good if you leave the push up part out. So if you just do the leg part you'll still do some good. The side lunge legs lifts were doable but definitely uncomfortable. I felt it in my hips too. I'm hoping that I just need to stretch them more so hopefully it will get easier.

Well yesterday was my be bad day because I just did what I wanted and I didn't workout. So obviously I went up today again. W2D1 done today. Moving up seemed to help because I finally got my calorie burn back up. It was 163 today. I wish I could burn in the 200s like some of you but I'm not sure I'll ever get there. I'm not keeping up with a total but I know I've made up for the days I missed so at the very least I am caught up but I think I've gone ahead a bit. I'm trying now to get in at least 300 a day because it's been so doable and if I have energy I try to do more.

Welcome, I'm on W1D3 today so we're pretty close. I need the group as well to stay motivated. The thought of being able to post that I did it keeps me going. The thought of not being able to post that I did my workout pushes me to get off my butt.
