  • Definitely go for the Zumba. It's awesome. You work up the best sweat and burn the most calories. Also I like that you can do different styles of dance. Some take a bit longer to get good at but after you've done it while it will feel more natural. I feel like I get better everyday.

  • I went over my calorie target today but it was pizza and movie night with the kids. I did workout though so hopefully it won't show too bad on the scale tomorrow. It's my one day off. Back to work tomorrow.

  • I forgot to mention that I use www.zumbacalories.com to figure out how many calories I burn. I usually go with mid-intensity. Sometimes I push harder on ones I can do better but over all I just go with mid-intensity.

  • Does anyone know of a good Zumba class in the Atlanta, Ga area? I'm in Loganville so I'm on the east side of Atlanta in Gwinnett county near Snellville, Lawrenceville, and Grayson.
  • I type in Zaxby's in the food finder database and it has some great options that are correct. I get the grilled chicken salad with no cheese or onions. But i do eat the toast if I can afford the calories. I used their vinaigrette dressing. It was a pretty healthy meal and I had it for lunch.
  • The only lean cuisine I buy is the french bread pepperoni pizza but only occasionally. I usually get the smart ones teriyaki chicken and vegs. meal and I eat that probably twice a week if I don't have something else. I don't worry about my sodium too much.
  • I tried both the chocolate and berry flavors and I couldn't stand it. It had such a vitamin taste that I couldn't cover with anything. But I was full and it sustained me all day. I didn't have the nauseous feeling though except while I was drinking it cuz I didn't like it.
