  • Like a few people said, you dont want to eat too few calories or you will be in starvation mode and no matter what you do your body willl burn off muscle not fat.
  • Its different for everyone, but dairy has a lot of fat in it so just be careful you are not over doing it.

  • I need friends too, I only have two, and I agree the way to be successful is to have a good support system. I too have failed many times, but I refuse to fail this go around.
  • I am in the opposite situation than you. I do not have any kids but want kids and need to lose weight in order to be healthy enough to have kids. I just started my journey and have 160 pounds to lose. Good Luck with it.
