You need to give them an answer that they can't argue with - tell them you strive to eat healthy food or kind of laugh and say, "I can't eat that much sugar in one day." Don't beat yourself up over this, mialsya. Isn't it amazing how your body can no longer handle that type of eating? So you'll physically suffer for it for a day, but don't give in to the mental torture. Next time you're tempted to overdo it, you'll remember how you felt after today. You're doing a great job...keep it up!
