I usually roll with tap. We have a Brita jug but I'm too cheap to buy new filters for it so I just fill it up with tap water. My boyfriend HATES the taste of our cities water & only drinks bottled. Those Brita bottles seem really cool!

St. Ives is kind of scary. It contains a lot of chemicals/fillers that aren't necessary. I know it's not over-the-counter but Arbonne products are natural and vegan. I love them!

Nope, it's not! I could literally eat pasta sauce with a spoon and I love it on veggies too! Some sauces are better than others though. Go for canned pasta sauces with low sodium and low sugar. I really like a brand called "Simply Natural" that I get at Costco, but lots of the grocery store brands are totally fine too.

Make your own flavoured water! It's super easy.. just pick your fruits and/or veggies or choice (I like lemons, limes, oranges, zucchini, cucumber, strawberries, raspberries... etc). Spaghetti used to be a big one for me!! Then I discovered a vegetable spiralizer & brown rice spaghetti. I mix a cup of brown rice spaghetti with a few cups of spiralized veggies (usually zucchini) and top with pasta sauce. Totally fixes my spaghetti needs! Spaghetti squash is totally great mixed with noodles too. :)

I'm a salt-craver... I never crave sweets & have no trouble saying no to them. But put a bag of chips, or a loaf of bread or a slice of pizza in front of me and I have NO self control. It's bad news bears. ;)
