My nutritionist told me not to eat back the cals lost during weight training. It all depends on your goal really. If you want to lose weight, then don't. However, if you want to mantain your current weight, then I beleive you need to eat more then 1200 cal per day if you train like this.

Muscle mass is heavier then fat... So it's normal... You are building more muscle (heavier) and shedding more fat (getting smaller)!

Tropical fruits are high in sugar (bananas, mangos)... Berries are best... But really, you shouldnt worry about it... It's like eggs: the yoke is good for you... And chicken, thee thigh is really not that much higher in calories then the breast!!! Don't make this too hard on you! The main goal is to eat natural stuff!!!
