  • I wear a 44DDD so I have a sports bra from Lane Bryant. However, I have learned the hard way that us big girls have to layer. So I wear a regular underwire bra, then the sports bra, and then I have a sports tank from Champion with a built in sports bra. The combo of all 3 really helps keep the bouncing to a minimum!

  • Thanks! That is awesome you're down to a 12 minute mile! I can't even imagine that at this point. Tonight I did 1.5 miles in a half hour. Ugh. But I'm hoping it won't take long to get the full 5k in a half hour!
  • It's a program that is supposed to get you able to run a 5k in 9 weeks. It's designed for people that aren't avid runners (like me!) It alternates a series of running/jogging and walking, and with each week it has you running more and walking less. The nice thing about the app is you can create your own play list!
  • Boot camp is AWESOME for just someone just starting to work out. It's tough but it works you up to the more intense stuff. Jillian's Last Chance Workout kicks your TRASH. I love them both - be prepared to be super sore!! I also use the Biggest Loser Cookbook - it's full of easy to cook recipes and way low in calories!
