I like low sodium v8 but if you look at what's in it's just not enough. As someone mentioned, you miss out on fiber, but more importantly you miss out on a lot of green veggies and other nutrients that are not in v8. Running is fun to me, especially when you finish. Swimming is super fun. I like my circuit training dvd's and tae boe, but the only workout that doesn't even feel like a workout to me is rollerblading. So fun! If you go fast for an hour you will burn a lot of caloires. I also like biking but it tends to hurt my knees.

I just saw your settings and goal. The only other tip I can think of is look carefully at what you are eating. If you make sure you have 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein at every meal that can help. I did have this problem early on because I had it set to lose 1 pound a week and it gave me 1200 calories. I would earn about 200 back from working out, but would still be hungry. Try changing some settings.

Just do an hour walk today. That is what I do on my rest day, walking or light yoga. My routine is like yours, something different each day.
