I used to do this sometimes, because like you said, I felt it would MAKE me do it. However, now I use the app runtastic on my iphone to help count calories a bit more precisely so I wait till after. My next step is the Heart Rate Monitor watch. Once I get that I will never log before I do because I want accurate numbers.

I also go over most days due to fruit and yogurt. I only buy the low-fat PLAIN greek yogurt but it can have s up to 9grams of sugar per serving, add a small apple and a few berries in my home-made smoothie and I'm over for the day. I had a very similar starting weight, height, and goal. I also started at the 1200 because I marked lose a pound a week, I changed to .5 and was given 1400. Much happier, I can stay 100 calories under this most days but could not stick to the 1200. Also I know you might not want to hear it but exercise really is the cure…

I think a taco would work perfectly. You can also break up the taco into pieces and kind of make tortilla chips out of it that way :) Hope that helps.

I just bought the Yonanas device (I think they have it at Target) and I love it! It is just frozen bananas and other frozen fruit you like but tastes just like ice cream! You can also make a desert with dark chocolate and strawberries.
