I agree, I love Jillian Michaels' dvds! Also, you said you have gained muscle. Some people say that muscle weighs more than fat, so measure yourself, look at how clothes fit, don't just depend on the scale!

This is a good idea. I use stevia at home in coffee every day, but to be honest at work they only have sweet n low, out and about they usually only have splenda. So I know I have one of these almost every day and I am going to try stopping and see how I feel.

I don't fast because I feel it will lead to another binge. Instead I try to make the next day include the following: 1. Lemon water first thing in the morning 2. Lots of water all day long 3. 30 minute jog 4. 1 hour walk at some other point in the day 5. Lots of veggies and other clean meals

Don't click that, it is an advertisment, could have a virus even. Just avoid fried foods, sugary foods/drinks, and try to choose veggies, fruit, lean protein as much as possible :)

I have had something similar but not the swelling. I found that I have to go every other day with running now, not every day. In fact even biking and elliptical (supposed to be easy on joints) hurt me knees, I get more pain with elliptical/bike then running. I try to do strength the other days and drink joint juice :) Hope…

So glad to hear how many others feels this way. I also was playing it down and saying things like "you think" Now I just do what someone said, have programmed response "yeah i've been trying to be healthier" It is super weird when people ask how much weight you have lost though, or ask "have you lost weight?"

5'2 and 1/2 :) at 107, down from 127 but don't mind going up to 110 or more as muscle increases. My focus is really muscle/toning. I think between 105-115 would make sense, but age, body frame, if you are a mother, are all considerations as well the body fat % everyone has mentioned.
