Thanks for all the tips! I agree with switching to HIIT, I know in my mind it will get me better results, but for some reason love a nice 40 minute jog! A lot of people on MFP talk about lifitng heavy, my question is- can I do this at home, or at the park? Do push-ups count? I don't consume alcohol already and I avoid high…

Lol! No! I wish I had that excuse!

[ If you wait for motivation to magically appear? You’ll still be sprawled on your couch watching The Real Housewives in a decade. The clouds do not part. Inspiration does not strike. You will probably never be overcome by the urge to exercise. You. Just. Do. It. It turns out Nike might be onto something. Who knew?"…

Hilarious! Yes the smoke is sooo gross! I agree about cell phones and weird looks from old people too! I also notice that cars coming to a stop sign love driving into the crosswalk, and people making a left turn out of a driveway do not look right for pedestrians or bikers! I also agree with whoever commented on the number…

Pooch! It has gotten smaller but the tummy is not flat, also want my back to look more toned, the rolls are gone but the look is still squishy.

Thanks! Yes, I agree, 111 is too thin, I was happy at 115, trying to get back there, don't want to have to buy new work pants :) Thanks for the link, I think ab exercises are the way to go now.

Thanks!

Puerto Rico! or Domincan Republic. Costco has good deals on vacation packages.

I'm in a similar place as you. I agree with the person who said yoga. Plank poses work out abs but more importantly stress is relieved by this, which is especially important for us teachers :). I just started this week and am really enjoying it.

Thank you!!! Highly appreciated!

Yummy! Thanks for all the suggestions! Must try those pumpkin muffins amoung others!

Oh really? Even warm/hot bath in epson salt makes it worse! Eek! That's what I just did!

Oh yes, I was also going to say if there is no bike rack and no other area that you feel you can lock your bike to many places are ok with your bringing it and placing to the side, especially if you say "I wasn't able to find a place to lock my bike, do you know of one?" They usually offer up allowing you to bring it…

Hi! My city is also not very bike friendly. Good for you for deciding to do this! It is so fun, you learn so much more about your community this way too. 1. You can get a bag that can attach to the back of your bike for stuff to carry (better than a back pack or basket on the front because it can be taken off) I also agree…

I would save them for when you are finished with the 90 days.

Congrats!

still not public

I agree with the other poster, and also think that 7pm makes no sense since people go to sleep at different times. I do know people who have said trying to eat their carbs in they day time and less carbs for dinner has helped. I haven't tried it though.

Congrats! Good job on your hard work and NSV. You can kind of thank Jillian personally, on her Facebook page, or Twitter. I also love her program. I have been doing running and biking for cardio rather than the cardio disc many days but I am had a great NSV yesterday: went biking with my husband, we had to lift our bikes…

I agree, they should have been doing just her workout and eating following her plan. But since it is Jillian and I know these workouts alone will get results I'm not too bothered by it. I'm not expecting the same results as the people in the ads, just like when I buy make up :)

I hated all the armbands. I found a very tiny phanny pack at ****es Sporting Goods that can go right under my shirt so I don't look silly.

Sounds reasonable but on the high side.

Wow! Nice work!!

I also just started week 3 of phase 1! Did it just now and loved it!
