Im in canada, mine will be covered, because its caused from having twins. I also have a hernia and a lot of muscle seperation.

I just lost some weight, and I have been doing yoga for 4-5 years. I am flexible, but.. when it comes to back bends, I cannot do any. My back is so inflexible, and I don't think it ever will be. But, the more weight i lose the better i get! :)

My workouts are my 'Me time' .. Kids are down for a nap.. and I pop in some P90X or Insanity. -- Other than that, maybe when my man and I go out to the club and dance.

I say, why not? Everyones body chemistry is different, and blood type is a part of that. You just never know. I think its interesting. It isnt going to HURT you... if anything it will be something completely different for your body to deal with.

I dont sell them, but i drink them. I love them. :) I only recently started them. I did stop for a couple months and i did not gain any of the weight back.

holy moly. today was my 430th day i do believe.

i do workout dvds.. personally its better for me.. stay at home mom, its not easy to take my kids and go for a run. plus, p90x, insanity etc give better results than just running or whatever.. :) We still go for walks and go to the park, but i prefer to workout in my living room.

Im getting there i guess. (i am 5ft1) I was: 195 lbs chest: 42 Waist 42 hips: 52 NOW: 142 lbs Chest: 37 Waist: 32 Hips: 37 ^ this is WITH an umilical hernia, which takes up a few inches, along with excess skin and muscle separation from my twins.
