How about smoothies with some veggies mixed in so you get what you need nutritionally? Maybe add a little honey or agave nectar.

Keep good snack in the house. Fruit, yogurt, granola, etc... Pay attention to the nutrition not just the calories. Make sure you are getting enough GOOD carbs, fat, and protein.
