I don't think that you need to toment yourself, even on a bad day. Just track it like normal and remember that tomorrow is another day. Beating yourself up can add a lot of stress that can also prevent weight loss. It is ok to mess up now and then. We are all human!:tongue:

I kind of have a free day. On Sunday's I do not work out and eat what I want, but I still do it within reason. I am still doing my protion cotrol. Think of it as a life change and not a diet. Maybe that will help you on your free day. :happy:

I do a lot of cleaning where I work and even at home. I recently purchased a HRM (and I love it!). I started putting on my HRM while cleaning to see how many I burned. I only count the Calories that I burn when I am doing something outside of my normal routine. So, if I am intending to count it as exercise then I track it.…

What are animal packs? Are they different, comparible, or better than a one a day?

I track mine, but I think that it is personal choice. However, some of what you are taking could have cals in it. For instance I take fish pills 3 x a day and each of them have 10 cals in them.

Yes, you need to eat at least 1200 cal a day, even if you don't eat back your excercise cals. If you eat less than 1200 you will go into starvation mode and possibly gain more.

Today I could have stayed in bed half of the day and not worked out, but instead I did a 45 min Circuit training and 20 min elliptical trainer.

I have the same issue too and I have noticed that I want to eat more on the weekends because I am bored. If I find things to occupy my time I don't over indulge. I might not exercise on the weekends, but I make sure I am reading, playing with my kids, or doing something outdoors. This has helped me out a to!

I only go to the gym for my strength training. I do videos for all of my cardio and I bought an elliptical for pretty cheap. For the fruits and veggies I would suggest doing shakes/smoothies. I just do frozen fruit and a yogurt. That is were I get a lot of my fruits and veggies that I don't like in my diet.

If you are not already doing both strength training and Cardio, I highly suggest doing both! I had the same issue and did not really start seeing a big decrease until I added strength training to my workout routine. Just stick with it and keep reaching out for the moral support that is a life saver in itself). Good luck!

Go drink a bunch of water! Then your belly will have the full feeling and maybe that will dissuade you!

I have the same issue!!! I have switched to the 55 cal beer and if I am drinking say vodka I mix it with sugar free Red Bull. However, I still enter it in as part of my cal's for the day. I also only drink every other weekend. If I am feeling really guilty I will hit the eliptical! :drinker: Good luck!

Considering that you have recently formed a new bruise from this injury, even if you did just push it a little too hard, you need to get in and get checked. It could even be a torn muscle the first time and then re injured it. Since a bruise is bleeding under the skin I would DEFINATELY get in! Think of the Best/Worst case…

I love the 30DS, but I also likx the P90 videos. They are good for men or women. It is the same guy that does the P90X, but it is the series that you should do before doing the P90X.

I would find a new partner that is dependible, but still tell your current partner that he is welcome to come too. that way you have someone to help you keep motivated and you wont hurt your current partners feelings.

Maybe you should try measuring your body instead of focusing on the amount of weight. I have been working at this since December and have seen way more change in my measurements than I have in the amount that I weight. Just a suggestion! Hang in there!
