  • I think that you should. I input my weight lifting/strenght training in under Cardio, because no matter what your heart rate is going up and you are burnign calories. There is a weight lifting/strenght training selection under the Cardio option. Also, Nice progress!

  • I have been doing the Power90 (trying to work up to P90X) and I have seen a ton of results. I no longer have a fat arm wave and have actual tone and definition. I have also gone up 3 resistance bands since I started in June 2011.

  • Losing weight really doesn't work like that. Your body will loose weight where it chooses too. Something is better than nothing. I started off doing cardio videos that I found for 5$ to 10.   • I only count my weight on my weigh in day. Mine happens to be Saturday mornings. So, even if I do weight during the week I don't acutally input it until Saturday.
  • I haven't eaten them, but when I looked at them when I was at the store I thought that they were still high or the same as other ice cream..... I have been doign the soft serve vanilla ice cream cone from Arctic Cricle. It is only 137 calories and I love them!! It has not changed my weight loss.

  • In my opinion it is a good thing! It is better to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day rather than eat 2 or 3 big meals and possibly forgetting to even eat a meal. Grat work!
