Power 90 question

On many occasions, it says to do sweat and then the ab ripper. However, when I looked at the sweat video, it already has ab ripper included in at the end. Does this mean I do all of sweat (which includes ab ripper at the end) and then do another ab ripper video? (total 200 ab reps)

Just do the Ab Ripper at the end of the first video0

Since the Power 90 program is based off of steps and progression it is designed that way on purpose. When you are first starting out and doing 1-2 it does not have you do the app ripper for the first little while if you are not ready for it. Then when you have done it for 3 or 4 weeks you add the ab ripper to it. You can also do the ab ripper by itself, with the sculpt, or as a second work out on any day. It is really what you are comfortable with. The 1-2 you should only be doing the 100 reps if that is what you are comfortable with, but if you feel like you can do the 200 (3-4) then tear it up!!!
Glad to see someone else doing Power 90 and not 30 day shread! lol
Hope that helps!0
