Even if she is too skinny she might also have a low muscle mass and not be in shape at all...

I personally prefer a HRM that has a chest strap. I have a New Balance that was recommended from others on here and I got it off of Ebay for 40$. I have had it for 2 months and I love it!. I have also seen the Polar recommended highly.

True friends would not only understand, but they would support you and maybe even go on the work out journey with you. If they are true friends they will be there when you are ready to pick up more of your social life. Do sweat it!

For Women it is 100 lbs. for the first 5 feet and 5 lbs. for every inch after 5 feet. For men it is 100 lbs. for the first 5 feet and then it is 6 lbs. for each inch after. So, if you are 5'2 it would be 110. Hope that helps!

Its hard to say that you can sub something for ALL recipes using mayonaise. I've had luck in various recipes with plain yogurt, mustard, whipped cream cheese and soy mayo. The only thing that would be an obvious low fat sub would be low fat mayo...

I think that would depend on what you have your current goals set at. Do you have yourself listed as active or lightly active? Maybe you could try one of two things. One- work out before work. I am not sure if that is too early for you or not. Two- take a power nap when you get home and then do your work out. I feel the…

The one thing that I noticed on the Commercials is that it says that it is a portion control and calorie based program. So, I feel that it is not much different that the goals on here. But, it is nice to have your food done for you!

If it is something that you do outside of your normal routine and you are planning on counting it as excercise, then count it as excercise. I do yard care for my mom once a week and it burns about 600 cal, so I count it. I am also currently doing the Power 90 with Tony Horton and my eliptical every other day.

I have the New Balance N4 that was highly recommended from people in here and I love it. It has the chest strap, but does not plug into the computer. It only stores 9 work outs at a time, but I only need that one.

I have seen a ton of back and forth on here. The thing that I have stuck with is eating every 2 to 3 hours, eating within an hour of waking up, and not eating within an hour of going to sleep. I think it can be a personal preference, either way don't stress yourself out about it. Do what is comfortable for you!

I strongly suggest getting a HRM I just got mine about 3 weeks ago and I LOVE IT!!! It gives me such a better picture of what I am doing! Once I started using it is when I started to see a big decrease in my weight. I have a New balance. I have seen people on here suggest either the New Balance or the Polar. The New…

Under the Cardio there is a category for Strength training. I put mine under that and under the strength training, since the strength training doesn't count calories.

I use a cup of unsweetened or original Almond milke and a cup of frozen fruit. I usually do blue berries, strawberries, or a mix.

Welcome! I too was very suprised and shocked on how many calories I was eating. Just stick with it and it does work! If you don't already I highly suggest you get the app on your phone! It has been a constent remind for me and I think my saving grace! Good luck!!!

I personally do not eat more when I am on my period. I am on it now and I have been even more dedicated too stay on track. I have been more tired so my workouts have not been as intense, but I still do my workouts. I think it is personal preference, but remember this should be a life change and not a "diet". Try and stay…

Hillshire Farm has turkey and ham that are low sodium! They come in the tupperware with the red lids, but I have only found them at Walmart.

I agree with the previous posts! I also wanted to add that you are a great friend! I am sure that hug ment more to her than you realize. I am sure she was very embaressed and you showed that you love her no matter what! Bravo!

I think it is about 100 calories for one of the pre packed servings. I do oatmeal almost every day with just a shake of cinnamon and that seems to be pretty filling.
-
When I have days like that I do a frozen fruit shake and use Almond milk instead of cow milk. You could also try tuna with only 1tbs of low fat mayo. good luck!
-
Almonds! Raw fresh almonds! I don't know if they have those at Costco, but if they do!

I think that muscle snug in a suit is hot! I think you should get your body fat checked and track that instead of weight.:drinker:
