I have done Insanity, but am currently doing p90x. Insanity is amazing! I love how intense it is! It pushes you, which is great! What have you liked about it so far? The second month is tough, especially because it is longer!

I love it! I was hesistant at first about it, but I'm glad I got it. I use to do the Special K shakes and they wouldn't fill me and I felt like they did nothing for me. Shakeology fills me up and I personally like the flavor (I get the Chocolate). It also makes me feel good throughout the day.

This is why I work out at home! It is much quicker and I don't have to waste any time driving to and from the gym! I love it!! Being a teacher and getting my masters too keeps me busy, but I make sure it happens!! I just use at home workout programs :)

I have done it before and know people that do it. You need to listen to your body though and get enough calories in you (good calories).

I don't get those chocolate cravings anymore because I get chocolate every day, but it's the healthiest meal I have each day! Lucky me eh? I drink chocolate Shakeology everyday! I just love it and don't get those chocolate cravings like I use to :)

Yes listening to your body is good. I light workout could be a good idea to at least get your body ready, but not to get it too tired!

I have been doing the program ChaLEAN extreme and LOVE it! I first bought Gold's gym weights for $100 from walmart. My hubby wanted the bowflex selectech, so we have those! I love them! Squats and lunges are great fort he legs. Hold the weights in your hands for extra resistance!

they sure do! that's why many suggest drinking water! You get more full from eating than drinking, but those drink calories still count!

I read upon it a bit...it said the acidity of the coffee could cause it to curdle. It never said not to drink it...so i say try it and if it's nasty, don't drink it!

Shake it up first...if that doesn't work..check the expiry date and smell it. it can go bad!

It all depends on the person! I know people that do Insanity and another workout in one day! You just need to listen to your body. If it seems like too much then slow done, if it feels right then keep doing it!

I never checked how many calories I burned, but remember you are doing strength training. It isn't going to be the same type of calorie burned as cardio, but the thing is when you do strength training and build muscle you will burn calories all day long! The balance will come. you need to slowly work towards doing them. Can you not to 1 on your toes? if not, do your knees. See how many you can do and each day do more. When you feel like you can start going on your toes.
