I just started ChaLEAN extreme! I've been doing Insanity and LOVE IT! I thought I would switch it up some and do a a workout with weights! So excited to get more into this program!

I have notice if I drink water too late this happens. I wouldn't drink at least an hour before bed. The water needs to drain out at some point :)

That is awesome! It is great to figure out what works for you! Eating is always a hard thing...remember you are in control of the food..not the food in control of you! My hubby and I have been doing Insanity and LOVE IT!! It's crazy intense and awesome haha!

Your foot is made to go barefoot! The problem is that our feet have gotten so use to so much support, that is take a bit to get use to it. Your foot will strengthen up..just slowly work into them :)

If it is something you don't want to have then you can get rid of it. I use to be snacky with crackers..wheat things! I just got rid of them and it stopped happenign with those. You should check out 10 minute trainer by Tony Horton (the creator of P90X)! Each video is 10 minutes, but you combine videos as well. Strength training increases your metabolic rate! We want this! And ladies will not bulk up! If your goal is to bulk you can....(by doing weights for hours and hours a day!), but you won't! It is amazingly good for you to do it!! :)

I say...don't go all out, but do enjoy yourself! Try to choose healthier options, but also enjoy some of the other food options too!

I do Insanity and have done Turbo Jam! I also have the Shakeology workouts! Beachbody products are amazing! They have quality stuff!! That's why I became a Beachbody Coach! I believe in their products! It looks like many of you do too! :)

Your weight does fluctuate throughout the day. Make sure you weight yourself the same time every day (best option is right when you wake up, before you exercise or eat!)
