  • Depends on your exercise plan and diet. I didn't change my diet a whole lot and it took a few months to see real results but as soon as I changed my diet it took 2 weeks and I was happy as a clam.
  • Coffee does not count as getting your water in since it's a diuretic and makes you pee more which dehydrates you.
