I have used the Beachbody app for about 1 1/2 now. I have tried T25, Core de Force, Insanity Max 30, Transformation 20. My favorites have to be T25 and Core de Force. I have also done some of the yoga workouts on rest days. I also did Liift4 and that was great for my arms and back.

I think you are on the right track with your eating and lifting weights. I am doing close to the same thing. I also have added the T25 videos into my routine. Doing them for a few months helped tone up my middle.

I have been working out with kettlebells for over a year now. It is a very good workout. Form is very important or you could hurt yourself. Also I do not like the plastic coated bells. I have been taking spin class now for about a year and love it. It took about 2 weeks of classes before mine did not hurt. Some people in class have gotten gel seats which might help but they did not for me. Just give it time and your body will adjust to the seat. It is one of the best workout.

Try doing wall push up. Stand up facing the wall and do the push ups that way. Then work up to the modified push ups and so on.

I have had good luck recently with Wrangler Jeans. They are not just for cowboys any more. But they do look really nice with my boots!!

I have been doing kettlebells for about a year now. I would agree it depends on what exercises you are doing. I started out with 15 to 18 lbs kettlebells and have worked up to 25 to 30 lb bells. I would agree for a lot of the exercises it works better if you use heavier bells.

I have been working out at our local fitness center at 5:00 AM M-F for the past 3 1/2 years (since it opened). I have only missed a handful of days. When people ask me how I continue to do it I tell them it is not an option not to come. I have gotten as little as 3 hrs of sleep and still gotten up and gone in.
