yes, IF is effortless.. at least that's how i feel. Currently i try to stick to around 1200 per day but some days i do go over 1200. I have another 9kg to go..

16:8 refers to 16 hours of fasting, and 8 hours of eating. So i will stop eating at 9pm at night, and my first meal will be the next day’s lunch at 1pm. Next meal will be around 8pm for my dinner. Works for me. The 8 hour window to eat does not mean i eat all the time though. :smile:

hi.. i feel for you... i'm in the same situation here... i've been working hard at controlling my food intake and been exercising like mad but when i weigh in yesterday with my personal trainer, i logged in extra fat %!!! This is so frustrating... :(

thanks for all the thoughts given on this topic. i have google(d) extensively on the net and im not really convinced to follow this diet. i will continue with my calories counting and eating healthily with good amount of exercise... :)

Hey all, a friend of mine told me bout this diet which based on your blood type. I'm type O+ and according to the guidelines I'm a carnivore, and hence need to consume a lot of meat. Wheat based products are a big no no as well as dairy products. Has anyone tried this diet before? Does it work? I've been eating healthily…
