I make turkey burgers and I just use turkey mince, sliced red onion and an egg and roll them into balls and dry fry it. You could make smaller balls, add some spices you like? Sorry I'm not more useful :P

are you measuring all of your food? sometimes food can be a lot more than what you have logged also, do you log your food? try honestly logging what you eat on an average day, it might be more than 1300. Food all quickly adds up

a lot of alcohol, flavoured cider being the worst.. Crisps all the time.. doritoes covered in cheese and then melted.. kfc, greggs, bread

I've set my calorie goal to what I would eat to maintain, and then I decide on my deficit on a day to day basis :) Seems to work for me

I just think it's a horrible quote used by the pro-ana community to shame each other out of eating food. It's like saying you can't enjoy your food if you want to be "skinny", which is all kinds of wrong, and I've been skinny and I didn't particularly enjoy it, it can get quite uncomfortable at times.
