this is so true :) I can also now eat 1700 and lose weight, and my bmi is 21.. so you could deffo eat more than 1200!

my opinion on this is that if you want to weigh your body to decide your success, you will need to weigh your food how else will know how many calories there are in it? I know you said it seems obsessive, but sometimes weighing is better as you know exactly what you have eaten and you can be more certian about fitting in…
