I could and have drank between 4 & 14 liters of Diet Pepsi a week, I have noticed that when I drink it I retain a lot of water due to the sodium in it, but if I drink alot of water it helps off set. I have cut back to 2-3 liters per week.

I saw the commercial it is not one of the Electrical belts, it honestly looks like those slim waist spandex that people wear to make themselves look slimmer.

Let me correct my previous statement, I have been about 600 calories below my daily goal for the last 2.5 weeks. Before working out.

I have been on avg close to my daily goal of calories but net calories can be way low on somedays depending on what excerises I do and if I workout more than once. I have even had NEG net calories once. Although i did have to eat something later that night becuase i felt terrible, nad knew that was the cause.

So what is more important actual calories eaten or net calories?

I have defrosted fish in the kitchen sink with Cold water running on it. It usually takes less than 1/2 hour depending on the size. This also works for chicken as well. Be sure to keep them sealed while defrosting though.

5-6 nights a week various P90x workouts. Not really following the program just using it to burn calories. My wife and I bounce between that and Insanity to burn calories.

Thank you, I have been using the exercise calorie burner as a rough estimate, I am using it alot more accurate for my Food Diary.. Thanks for the advice.

I do not feel like I am starving myself. I am not hungry which is a first. I am thinking maybe I just went to hard at my softball game I was running all over the place last night. I am using the burns provided by MFP.

I have opened my food diary. Also I take a 1 a day vitamin, and Cayenne pepper pills as supplements.

My Starting height is 6'0 and starting weight 381lbs, i think I have been eating healthier than usual. I dropped the calories in order to lose the weight, MFP says 2400 per day I usually end up below 2000.
