I'm in the final week of C25K and I did it three times a week as the app details. On my in-between days I would do Yoga :) and I would take off only 1 day a week for rest. Good luck! It's the best!

I agree with all the posts before me! Eating more helps, especially since you've already lost a lot of weight (congrats on that!). Try eating all your calories and not having as much of a deficit.

I agree with the previous posts regard the BMI. Although sometimes I hate the idea of the BMI I know that its the best tool to give you an ideal weight for your height.
