This sounds amazing! Do you prefer any specific brand as far as the brown mustard?

Sounds so good! Never tried a Kashi frozen meal before, however I do love their GO LEAN cereal!!

This sounds so deeeelish! I will definitely have to go back to the grocery store and pick up a few more lean cuisine meals! :)
-
Most of the lean cuisine meals I have tried range in the 300-500 sodium .. but all are different!

Wow thanks everyone for the responses!! I think it's great to know that some of us can eat frozen meals & still have progress with weight loss. It's true, it's great on portion control as well!

Machines are not totally accurate. they don't take into account things like: Your body fat percentage or your fitness level, also holding on to the support rails on some machines lessens the work load and can throw off the calorie count. The calorie estimates on a machine can be off by as much as 30%. -- OP, MFP takes into…

Hi! I used to be 132 and now I am 112.. fluctuating from 112-113 all the time lol. Yes I may be a bit under weight, but I eat healthy, and still maintain the weight I have now as well as going to the gym! I'm still learning alot everyday and I have MFP to be so thankful for, because everyone on here or mostly everyone is…

Thankyou for taking the time to look at my diary! Yeah, sometimes I get a bit worried I guess because I'm still new to learning more about "carbs" & nutrition in take.. Even though I am eating complex carbs & when I do go over for some reason I just feel bad lol! Especially when seeing posts on here about staying at 100g…

Holy crap I am so full & a bit bloated off this bar LOL

Thankyou for the response!! :) Definitely will do! I have yet to try the peanut butter!
-
It honestly has a TINNNNNY bit of a little "nutty" taste to it.. but it's so little that you can hardly taste anything. It's really good to add to all your foods!! :) and no problem!

I like to lift weights first then do cardio! I heard you can burn more cals that way.. not sure if i'm correct but sometimes when I do cardio first, I do get a bit tired to do weights.. so try switching it up with weights first then cardio! :)

I like to use Fage 0% Greek Yogurt and I add a teaspoon of cinnamon extract(or spice if you like) with one packet of stevia.. sometimes i'll add a little bit of fiber one cereal to give it that crunch. It's delicious & taste just like a cinnabon(cinnamon roll!) lol

Almond butter is my fav!! Trader Joes has the best raw & unsalted almond butter. I'm not sure if it's "healthier" but I'd prefer almond butter > pb anyday! :)
-
Wow thankyou for all the responses!!! :) Lol at least I know I'm not the only one on here who loves to eat the same foods over & over! As long as we are continuing to be successful with having a healthier lifestyle right?! :)

You can find it mostly in any local grocery store in the freezer section!

I buy Quakers "Weight Control" maple & brown sugar.. it only has 1g of sugar and it's sooo filling. I like to add 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, one tablespoon of Flax Seed meal(great in fiber and fills you up way longer too!) and one tablespoon of organic peanut butter OR almond butter(whichever you prefer) It's so…

I love the elliptical as well! I'm glad there is a post for this because I was wondering if anyone has had success with using the elliptical. I was wondering what's best as far as burning fat... is it best to do the interval workouts?

Thanks everyone for the feedback / opinions. I really appreciate it! I guess I shouldn't be as hard on myself, it just takes getting used too since I'm really used to eating at 1,200 cals per day or sometimes lower
