Thankyou for the response! I have been doing these exercises for about 2 months now.. within only 3 times a week and on Sundays. Do you recommend doing squats / lunges / side lunges with weights?

True, we cannot change genetics.. and I have learned to live with mine, and just accept that my body is the way it is.. however I wish there was some way I could slim them down! You look fabulous btw!!

Really?! Yes my gym has yoga classes that I should definitely try! I honestly have never tried yoga.. so i'm a bit nervous. LOL. but I will definitely look into that.
