Hi, I'm Lea, I have found it very difficult to keep up with my macros since having a baby 4+ years ago. I'd like to get back into macro counting, and intentionally keeping account of what I eat. This challenge seems like a great way to get back into it! :D

Good for you! I know it's really hard to lose weight the healthy way. It takes forever to see any results, and slip-ups seem to set you back so far. I've tried the water diet, etc., and skipping meals, but they were only temporary fixes. I'm starting to see some results now that I'm trying to be strict with calorie…
