We all take breaks.. I recently did too. But i dont see it as starting over.. I see it as continuing the journey until i get to where I want to be. :happy: I'm sure so long as you dont put the weight back on and sort of maintain you'll do great.. Don't give up.. Just rest.

under cals over h20 no exercise.. need to make up for 2 days now

I got them after doing the bear walks.. so I decided after the third time.. that bear walks just arent worth the pain.. I stopped doing that particular exercise and I drank lots of water and had my blood pressure checked. All was fine and I was relieved I wasnt having an anuerism.. but I refuse to do any exercise that…

Another great article, thank you And yes there IS spot reduction !! MY DAUGHTER Is proof of that!! She was already slim but wanted to flatten her waist and lower stomach and did it through exercise.. I on the other hand have to lose everywhere so I do it all!

No dont lower your food intake thats a perfect combination.. I also eat 1200 plus half or two thirds of my exercise calories.. Whats still working for me is longer and varied exercise routines. As I exercise my body adjusts while losing weight but then I need to bump up my exercise routine to keep burning it off. So I started with 30 min of walking, then added strength training of about 25 reps, and now im up to walking 6 miles and I keep losing.. so I suggest to keep bumping up the exercise when the scale seems…

The problem with NOT eating is that you're killing your metabolism.. even if it is for a week. Also if you're weak your body needs the added strength to heal and boost your immune system. So I say EAT!!.. Chicken soup, maybe some malt o meal, a banana smoothie, or jello. But EAT!
