I like to add one single-serving of mandarin oranges (no sugar added) with the juice and sprinkle with some chopped pecans. It's a cottage cheese sundae! I don't know if that messes with your carbs, but it is great for a sweet tooth.

Is it too late to get in? I'm new to Mfp and really need to lose 10 pounds in June. I weigh in at weight watchers on Thursdays, so I could use last week's weight for my starting weight.
