    AWESOME JOB everyone! I know part of my weight loss is from weighing myself in the morning vs. my starting weight weighing in the afternoon... but REALLLLLLLLY hoping this is a trend here!! Keep it up, and always looking here for inspiration and ideas, so thanks to you all!!!!

    Yikes, I think this is a wake up call to double my efforts.
  • Well, I was 238 on the Monday before the weigh-in, and I'm not sure what's going on, but I technically gained this week. Totaled 8 hours of exercise last week along with three strength training sessions, but my eating was dismal and I overate half of the week. I am going to try to eat 1500 calories every day this next week, and see if that works. My body is feeling super strong and I'm fitting into my jeans better, and since I was 238 I won't take it too hard. BUT, I need to push myself more to at LEAST hit 232 again.

    Hmmm. Wish it was more, but I definitely loss a few inches. I need to get my daughter to take some before and after pics. I will take the inches and keep working on the pounds.

    No loss for me this week. Not terribly surprised though..I've been on this plateau forever. I'll be so very pleased if I can end this month at 135. Still got me a few weeks left. I'm ready to bring it and do my best!

    Is it too late to get in? I'm new to Mfp and really need to lose 10 pounds in June. I weigh in at weight watchers on Thursdays, so I could use last week's weight for my starting weight.

    I did a lot of strength training this week (which I've never really done) and really upped my total exercise so I'm hoping more will come off next week!

    Nice work! During week one of our challenge I:

    Biked: 10.79 miles
    Walked: 10.76 Miles
    Push ups: Two days (approx 30 push ups each day)
    Lost 5lbs

    Not sure how I am going to manage to weigh in for wk 2 and 3 as I am on holiday - I will try to be good with the eating and I should get lots more exercise (walking etc) so I am hoping to carry on the good work.
