I have been dieting for five weeks and do not crave sweets anymore! Yeah< no sodas for a week now, and I took my kids for icecream to day and did not even want for one! I have been an overeater and sweet craver for so long, that I am so glad to be done with it. I am going to treat myself to a new shirt or pair of shoes…

You should think about increasing your cardio which would help you to burn more calories. Are you able to do that? Also, with your weight training, you might want to try and do that 3 to 4 times a week to help with burning fat and replacing that with muscle. As always, you want to try and burn more calories a day than you…

Hi I am ready for that challenge. What I am doing: Cut my calorie intake in half No sweets or carbonated drinks 60 minutes of cardio per day I have lost 16 pounds and have 50 more to go!
