Walking is so good for you! It just takes time to see the results , they are happening! I started walking in June and now I mix it up with a old lady jog. one mile walk, one mile jog, one mile walk , but I had to work up to being able to do that. Some days I just walk, and I mix it up with strength training, but not too…

I'm in! Starting wieght June 29th 190 current wieght October 1st 166 Goal weight 130 By Halloween would like to lose 6 pounds By Thanksgiving would like to lose 5 pounds, so 11 pounds in 2 months is reasonable. Thanks for doing this. I love a challenge!

I bet you felt so good wearing that dress and looked great in it too! Everytime I put on something I could'nt wear at the beginning of the summer, I am more inspired not to eat that cookie, or drink that soda, etc. I alos like that feeling of, " Ha, Ha, summer shirt, you thought you could escape me but I got you!"…

I feel the same way. I have been heavy for so long, I plan to recognize what I am doing, how I am doing it and just follow the path. Eat less, exercise more, stay moving. To celebrate your 3 pound loss I am going to do 25 extra crunches in your honor. Way to Go!!!!!:happy: :flowerforyou: :happy:

I am a rise and shine type of girl. I look to get my work out in before it gets hot, and I like to get any major house work in before my three year old wakes up. I go to bed by 10 though, so I'm not a late night person. The last time I slept in was on our summer vacation and that was until 9:30-a rarity.
