Walking. I know, not much to explain but here is why I love it so.
* Gets me out in the frest air
* Starts my morning out right, before anything else
* Keeps me healthy
* I get to listen the music I LIKE
I start my morning walk after I take all three kids to school. I already have my shorts, shirt and shoes on, and the mp3 player in the van. As soon as I get back home, off I go. I walk all the way on the outskirts of our small town, about 4 miles. When I am done, whew, do I feel like taking on the day.
My evening walk begins when the family has had their supper. I leave the dishes and everything and just go (with husbands blessing) and walk for 45 minutes. Outside our town there is a pretty lake that has a gravel hiking trail that goes about a 1/2 mile. When returning home its time for the nighttime routine then bed. I sleep so good.
Now that I have shared, how about you, whats yours?

Well my favorite exercise is walking because it takes my mind off everything!!! I love it!0 -
I will kind of channel what some others have said. I love hiking. It is walking to a degree.
I love getting out on a trail and getting away from everything. I also enjoy the fact that you have a great variety in terrain. On some trails in my area you can start walking along a lake and shortly after have a killer hill and such. It's a great way for my to relax and exercise at the same time.0 -
I like to play sports socially. Especially badminton. You get a full body workout, and its great cardio. I usually play for 45mins-1 hour with little breaks in there. Most of all its fun, and it doesnt feel as much like exercise because it is a social outing.0

Kickboxing. It works your core while you get a great cardio workout. Plus it is a great stress reliever.0

I love the overall workout from an elliptical machine. I just feel great after a half hour set on level 4 or 5. I use music to keep it from getting boring. (I also like walking and yoga.)0

Hmmm, let me think......my favorite exercise....
Oh yeah, I remember now! CYCLING!
Works the legs great! Works the buttocks, the lower core, the arms somewhat, does great things to the CV system.
I ride at least 1 hour when I go out--meaning I almost never ride for less than 10-15 miles every day. I usually ride for much more--22 miles or so and often ride 30 miles per day and up.
How? Just get on and pedal, pedal, pedal!

i love water it relaxes me so much
im in my world,, nothing to distract me
works my arms very well. but its a full body work out
i love that heavy feeling when you get out the pool..
i do it for either 30 min or 1h ... i try to do 50 lenght for every 30 min in the pool..
i do crawl .. and other swims for fun warm up/cool downs..0
