::raising hand:: Mine are now 14 and 10, so we have transitioned to a different stage, but I did all of those except homebirth.

Hey, this describes me! :) Well, I'm a dog person, not a cat person, and my teaching is homeschooling my urchins rather than an entire classroom, but I'm really close to getting all of them!

Totally agree with this. Going, going, going ... scale is moving, but the clothing isn't changing ... then *poof* nothing fits, and I'm giving away all of the jeans and slacks that won't stay up no matter what. I lost in my hips and thighs first. And boobs. My belly seems to like it where it is, and it hasn't moved much at…

I only log it if the purpose is for exercise. If I'm doing something active for another purpose, I just consider it a bonus.

You can if they are small. I think that coolers aren't allowed though. We brought granola bars and almonds (those get carried everywhere with us, so it never occurred to me that they might not be allowed!), and we had no trouble getting through security with the backpack. OH YEAH. Take a backpack, not a purse, if you can.…

I love the Leslie Sansone DVDs. I do the 4-mile walk every morning, and I do the 2-mile walk if I have time later in the day. For me, it's even better than the treadmill. And FWIW, I was always skeptical whether it was actually that number of miles, and according to the Cardio Trainer app on my phone, it is. As long as you…

Suzie's quinoa/flax cakes ~ similar to rice cakes, but thin like crackers. 16 calories per cake. I spread them with hummus, guacamole, salsa ... all sorts of good stuff that just needs a vehicle to get from the dish to my tummy. :)

I used to drive between Maryland and west Tennessee every two weeks. Drink lots and lots of water. Add some lime juice or a bit of ginger to the water to give it some zing. Peel and slice some cucumbers every morning for that day's travel. When you eat meals, make sure that you STOP and eat. You get better variety that way…
