Oh I like this question...I run hard most days...and I tell people I do it for my brain, not my body. I am really ADD and used to be on heavy duty meds (stimulants). Since I found running, I find it has the same (although better) effect that my stimulant had. I feel truly alive during and after a good run.

I'm always down for more supportive/interactive friends. I try to keep my FL tight, limiting it to those whom I support and support me in return. Feel free to add me! I am in maintenance but continue to actively log and post daily.

LOL this is me...I seriously eat until I am disgusted and then I tend not to wake up (as much) hungry. Although I usually eat at least once a night. Running crazy distances each day makes me like a bottomless pit.

Wow...hard to choose....first and foremost...BRUSSELS SPROUTS. Next would probably be coffee. Then (dare I say it) my protein powder (Syntrax Nectar Double Stuffed Cookie flavor) would be third....but I go through phases with food so I would probably say something different tomorrow.

I struggle with this too...because I am a long distance runner I really should be eating a lot to maintain...but I can't keep up. I have added in multiple protein shakes to get my calories up there. It seems to be helping in a variety of ways. :)

During weight loss phase, I pre-logged and it really worked well for me. Now, in maintenance, I log as soon as something enters my mouth. :)

It depends on your starting weight for sure. It took people like 30 pounds for anyone to notice on me....which was really frustrating. I almost gave up because no one was noticing. So glad that I didn't!!!! :flowerforyou:

I think your burns are probably not as high as you think for your biking/hiking and higher for running. Until you can get a more formal way to measure, I guess there is no sure-fire way to know...but the amount of sweat and effort is always a good indicator in my opinion...
