Whoever tells you 1200 calories works, is wrong. If they say that, they are not getting all of there nutrition. It is not possible to get all of your nutrition in with 1200 calories, and hence 1200 calories is the minimum any doctor or specialist will tellyou.

So you know .. anything lower there 1200 your body is clinging too! you can not get enough nutrients with 1200 or less! So FYI :D

Also dont buy the liquid egg whites in the carton it has too many additives in it. Use the normal eggs, and break it up :D

Also instead of using the whole egg, use just the egg white. I have 5 egg whites, and a half cup of fat free cheese, and it does wonder. Get a good amount of my protein just from that.

Actually one glass of wine a day is healthy for you, it has a lot of nutrients. You should not drink any alcohol the day you intend to work out it cause of many reasons: It makes you dehydrated. It increase fat storage's and depletes the body of minerals and vitamins.
