  • Have you tried using the foam roller to loosen up the muscles in the calf? That might help, it hurts while you are doing it, but it might give you some relief. Also, you might want to try magnet inserts in your shoes. I know people who swear by that! I think you can get them on line at Nikken (sp?). Good luck!!
