Have just found this thread and think its a great idea. Will def try and join in everyday. Will certainly give this my best shot although they look quite tough and dont know how will manage them at my work!!

Hi am new and mum to an 11 year old daughter and 6 year old son. Am also trying to conceive my third child following a miscarriage in March. I am currently doing 30 day shred and have lost 4lb so far. Only about another 14 to go. Please feel free to add me.
