HI there I am doing it as well, only recently started but am enjoying it. The workout is hard and has me sweating buckets as with all Jillian's DVD's. Feel great afterwards tho! I do a combination of this and her No More Trouble Zones which isn't as high cardio, more toning.

I use it and will add you

I also would log it as circuit training.

Yeah I'll join you in this. Am not very good at push ups so will be good to try and improve this. Are girly push ups ok or do they need to be full ones?

I just started running a month ago with a friend. Booked ourselves in for a 5k run at the end of May so that was the motiviation to do it. Alternate between walking and running at first and try to increase the running time gradually. Go for it - its such a great feeling after you have been for a run

I'm in!

I'll give it a go

I did this previously and thought it was fantastic. I started it again yesterday and doing level 1 day 2 today. It is hard but worth it.

I log it as circuit training 25 mins and MFP tells me i've burned 227 calories. It might be more but I am happy with that rather than it overestimating my calories burned. Hope this helps.

Hi and welcome to MFP. Its great for giving you moral support and finding answers to any questions or problems you may be having. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Feel free to add me!

I'll give it a go!
