I was going to do the Juice fast but after speaking to two of my doctors, they both suggested a smoothie diet. Saying that the amount of protein we get from juicing is not enough and the smoothie diet will do that for us. So I believe I will go this route when I am ready. But best of luck to you all~

From all that I have read, early in your weight loss people post 4-6 pounds a week without repercussions? What are the differences?

Yes I swim, I don't just hang out. Also we will be there from 9 am to about 4pm so I only estimated being in the water for two whole hours. out of all that. I will try to make good food choices so it wont matter much. Thanks!!

I have a pair for indoor workouts (we don't wear shoes in the house as a general rule) and a pair of walking shoes, three pair for yuckier places and tons of boots and clogs..I am addicted to shoes and pocketbooks!

Thats great! I know how it feels and I was walking around proud all day! Jillian although she is a BI*CH, she sure gets it done! I am starting on level 2 day 1 tonight

Thanks!! This is all so new for all of my family. This very same son is doing 30 day shred with me!!! We have made a ton of changes in our house and I am so glad to see that when given his own choice, he chose so well!

This may be "silly" but why couldn't I just eat all the fruits and veggies without turning them into juice? Would this not work the same?

I am only measuring on Day 1 and Day 30. I don't know how everyone else will do it. I do however weight every Monday Morning.

Curious. I have been showing a "loss" every Monday. Well I cheated and got on the scale today only to find I have gained. WHAT? Anyone else experiencing this?
