I would say up and down four times each throughout a day is good. I don't know about you but at my height/weight walking to the freaking bathroom elevates my heart rate!
-
Thank you will check this one out as well
-
I will check this out )
-
So walking a mile or up four flights of stairs wouldn't elevate my heart rate?

You should send a follow-up email or note card two days after submitting your resume. Keep yourself in the top of their minds and thank them for their time.

I am not sure you can change the seat, it is a stationary bike and an older one for that matter. Well padded. Perhaps I could sit on something on top of it.

I did this too in the beginning. I spent a LOT of time on the phone cause I am a stay at home mom and so is my sister, so we would talk for hours a day. I decided to start walking the entire length of the house like a mad woman during each and every conversation. I really got to panting! It was awesome!

I thought the same thing a month ago but I decided to walk , then got a bike for inside, then I moved onto a little exercise and now I am attempting to do 30 day shred. I would say don't be afraid of the gym. There are things there you can do. It is all about getting active. No excuses. You can do this! I know you can!!!

Good to know. I don't see myself reverting and I am not approaching this as a diet. I am making real changes here. One of my biggest feat's has been soda pop. I now drink more water (or anything for that matter) than I have in my entire life. I have always been one to "nurse" a drink for 4-5 hours. Drinking about about 60…

You look amazing! I hope to be in your place next year at this time. I am learning something new about healthy living daily and trying hard to make and reach new goals. Way to go. I bet it feels like you have just given birth! I recall that was always a drastic drop for me.

Home cooked it is. I will also look into some other fresh beans. I love to cook so these challenges get my mind off food.. Yep cooking gets my mind off food, how funny is that!

I am going to use my 1 pound weights this time around. The first time I tried using the 3lbs ones but it was a bit much. If I want to get through this I need to approach it with some common sense. I am out of shape and will need every advantage this fist go round. I will get to this after hubby leaves for work at 3. I will…

I think everyones body is different. Don't worry if your not "seeing" the results. Just knowing your 22lbs light must FEEL good. The rest will come in time.
