I can attest to lifting weights being the key to losing inches in the belly. I've lost 4 inches in the last month and I've incorporated lifting and increasing my protein intake.

Very impressive. Assuming you lifted weights, which is what I very recently started doing.

I can really relate to your story and am super impressed! Congratulations on a toned body and for being an inspiration!

Thank you both! The benefit of all this extra protein is I'm not going to have this gnawing feeling of hunger all the time! That alone is a relief.

Hi I've been on the em2wl plan for a few weeks now and weight has slowly crept up despite the excess calories. Makes me think I'm close to my reset point. I've started lifting weights as well and reading as much as I can about this. Will send you a friend request too!

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but how will one know when reset has been attained. Per OP's post, it seems like she is not close, but how does one know?

Yes, like above, I just don't buy it. Having it in the house just tempts me even if I promise myself to only eat 1tbsp a day.

I did two days of it (with two day breaks in between) because I was too sore to do it every day. Going to do level one again today.
