Not sure if it's related, but I didn't have any diet drinks yesterday and weighed in again today and was 1 pound down. Probably pure coincidence but it's enough to keep me on track for now.

I've seen that before @coloradoartstudio and I'm sure there is truth to it. I never worried too much because I would just have one soda per day, but I really do crave it when I don't have it. :(

I'm going to stop Coke Zero and my even higher addiction to Crystal Lite. At first when I started doing LCHF, it didn't seem to affect weight loss, but now that I am within 10 pounds of my goal, I haven't seen any weight change in 3 months. Maybe this is the key. I know it's not good for me anyway...

I've been doing the same thing. I believe it's a combo of too much HWC and too much sweetener which starts my day with little slip ups here and there...candy corn, crackers etc.

I've never heard of fat being double the protein. I agree with kpk54. Calories are still going to matter for me too.

I did it that way when I was drinking BPC. I don't like the taste of the coconut oil in it, so I just use HWC now and don't need to blend. But yes, my blender was just fine.

In the beginning, 2 pounds per week. Now it averages out to 5 pounds per month. Sometimes nothing per month, then the scale catches up. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

When this happens to me, I ask for a small slice and then eat a couple of bites. The fear of the big bloat the next day is usually enough to keep me from indulging too much. If I refuse it altogether, I have to explain explain explain and I get tired of that.

The only thing I can figure is that I put sedentary the first time I did it, just to make sure I wasn't over-calculating. I'm not sedentary at all as a mom of 3, babysitting 2 more little ones, working out maybe 2x a week (really need to improve there). So maybe that's the change, but it seems awfully skewed.

Yeah mine is still acting crazy. Today it gave me a heavier weight, then a lighter weight, then back to the heavier weight. I always go with the heavier one. It's a Taylor and less than a year old.
