@Phrick We are bringing meals to a family from church and the daughter is vegan, so we are accommodating that. I bet your friends would be happy to adjust the meals if you told them. It's not easy doing something different but people really want to help, usually. Hope you feel better soon!

Yep, had that happen too. I've really only overloaded on carbs a couple of times since I started this at the end of January. The motivation to NOT feel sick is pretty strong now.

My youngest wanted to make cupcakes together. No problem, I don't care at all about the cake. But the frosting somehow got licked off 2-3 of those cupcakes. There's my confession!

Thank you for all the suggestions! We have a tea here in Seattle called Market Spice that I used to drink a lot, it's a lot like chai, but I got really tired of it. I think I will try some of these mixes you all have suggested.

Okay folks, I should know this by now but what kind of beef broth are you guys drinking? Buillon cube in hot water? Something more special? I haven't done this yet because the thought of it didn't sound appealing, but my snackiness is getting the best of me lately.

My scale did this recently and I felt like it would never move again. Up, down to previous weight, up, down to previous, then finally it started moving past my original weight but in the TINIEST SMALLEST MOST UNNOTICEABLE increments ever. Sooooo slooooow.

That is low blood pressure, wow! Mine rarely goes under 125/75 although I haven't checked it lately.

The wedding cake is BEAUTIFUL! Good job! My new NSV is a little weird, but since I noticed it I'll mention it. I've never had a problem with my seatbelt rubbing my collarbone before, but now I'm noticing how uncomfortable that is. Yes this has been my experience too. Since I started this WOE at the end of January, I can always count on seeing my weight go up before my period. And all through it. It usually drops back to normal at the end and then another pound or two off.
