This is where I am as well, but I don't have helpful tips because my weight loss stalled last July. Still being 15 lbs from my goal (which is not even on the low end of a healthy weight range for me), I don't think it should be this tough, but it is! I am really back to measuring everything and thinking about lowering the…

Yum that looks good. Thanks for the tip!

Beautiful!

I'm so very sorry. I have never been strong enough to stick with a plan during a time of grieving (I've had two miscarriages), but I would certainly focus on healing the heart and then the body. (Hugs)

Hurray! Thanks for sharing your story.

I'm shooting for 20-30 these days, but in the past I was closer to 50.

Thank you @kpk54 for that recommendation. I'm looking into it. Great price! So...can you tell me a little about how it handles when you're on it? Does it wiggle around at all?

So I dumped all the leftover cookies and fudge. Shh, don't tell my family. :) I'm on my second day back on low carb/keto and already my digestive system feels so much better.

Yeah I'm not seeing much for sale that I can afford that would hold up well to my son. He's built like a football player at age 12. But he doesn't play football. LOL :)

I am in the same boat but haven't stepped on the scale yet. I know I've gained though as I've got that uncomfy feeling and have been eating sugar A LOT.

Following this! So far I've done a roast in the IP which cooked in 45 minutes and was delicious. I've also done shredded chicken and pork roast. I haven't ventured away from meats much yet.

I see the difference! Take your measurements. Great job!!!

That's great to hear! Congrats!!!

I agree with anglyn1. I've been skipping breakfast mostly except for coffee and most days that's fine, but a couple days ago I was super hungry and had to eat lunch at 10:00am. LOL!

Welcome! People here are so helpful and supportive. I think you'll love it.

Great results!

I make sausage potato leek soup for my family, but I make a smaller pot for me without the potatoes. I use half and half in theirs and heavy cream in mine. It's delish!

That happened to me too. It's okay...it's going to happen. Back on the wagon!

Congrats!

Great progress!

The higher I set my carbs, the hungrier I am. If I cheat one day and eat a bunch of stuff that's not normally in my diet, my stomach is rumbling the next morning for more.

I took a quick look at the last day in your diary for your macros and the thing that you may want to revisit is your protein/fat. Most doing LCHF would up the fats and lower the protein. Try the keto calculator listed above. I know there are many variations for doing this diet, so perhaps you're already aware but just…

I'll tell ya...I drank pickle juice daily when I first started keto and then didn't really have need for more for quite a while. But then, I slacked and went on vacation and carb crept back into my diet more regularly, so getting back to keto levels set off a whole new round of achiness and low energy, so now I'm drinking…

Okay thanks ladies, that's the info I was looking for. I've done butter and coconut oil in my coffee before. It's not my favorite, but I guess I'm ready to try other things to get past this stall.

Yes for sure!

That's great!

Great problem to have! I made the mistake of going out a buying new clothes DURING the process and then had to go shopping yet again (mostly pants). It's so expensive yet a great time to purge the closet. :)

For now I am just quitting the artificial sweeteners in my drinks like Coke Zero and Crystal Lite. I have a feeling I am going to have to go further than that because I use sugar free coffee creamer every morning too, but I'll wait another week and see. Great job everyone!
-
You too! So far we have just seen lots of rain, but it looks like the wind is picking up now.

I agree that's typical. The first 10 days on keto I lost quickly and then slowed to 1 pound per week.
